(1) There will be a board of directors for the operation and management of the fund.
(2) The composition of the Board of Directors shall be as follows:-
(a) Secretary, Ministry Chairman
(b) Joint Secretary, Prime Minister and Council of Ministers office member
(c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance Member
(d) Joint Secretary, Member of the Ministry of Home Affairs
(D1) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs - Member (D2) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration - Member (e) Deputy Inspector General of Police, Directorate of Women and Children Services, Member of Police Headquarters
(f) 1 representative of the organization designated by the board of directors from among the non-governmental organizations working in the field of gender violence prevention
(g) Joint Secretary, ... Ministry Member-Secretary
(3) The term of office of the member as per clause (f) of sub-rule (2) shall be 3 years.
(4) The Secretariat of the Board of Directors shall be in the Ministry.
